Auction bidding starts at the opening of the lunch and will close at 1:30 p.m.
Instructions on how this will work: Our silent auction has started online - this is not online bidding. please submit your bids. Online bidding will close on August 26th at 5:00PM. Bidding will begin in person on Sunday during the Fundraiser BBQ lunch.
During the silent auction bids are written down on a bid sheet that is placed next to the item that is being auctioned along with the person’s name. Each item will start with a minimum bid and some items will include descriptions as needed of what the item includes. As time goes by, people bid multiple times on items as the price goes up. At the end of the lunch we will take up the bid sheets and the highest bidder for each item is announced.
If the winning bidders are not present, they will be contacted by the church office within 24 hours of the auction ending. All payments are made to Faith Church.
